industrial & officeearsham streetearsham street the project is a combination of fully utilising the space in this existing listed property. to the first floor the two rooms have been converted into a studio flat with a bathroom extending over the space between the adjacent property. this in-turn forms an ideal venue for signage to introduce the café + restaurant through the arched door to the former workshops beyond. the restaurant introduces light from above and through the large glazed gable openings to the space. furthermore, this delivers the opportunity of views towards the historic castle at the centre of this significant market town. the simple modern interior creates a refreshing space to dine in this suffolk centre.
