westlegate tower - aka ichi the most sustainable and economic solution to bring this tower back into play, in the heart of the centre of norwich, would be to re-clad the worn out curtain wall system. creating a vibrant environmental façade to reduce the need for mechanical servicing which not only minimises maintenance cost, reducing impact to global warming, but also frees more commercial space.
